Leaving California to move to Washington State is quite bittersweet for me now. I found CollisonDoc on Yelp. They had a very high rating. Three previous shops (two recommended by the insurance company), said they couldn't repair my car because parts weren't available. Gabriel at CollisonDoc worked hard to find the parts and get my car repaired. I love my car, and I really didn't want it to have to be totaled. Now I have it back, and it's as great to own and drive as the day I bought it.

All went well and quick. Very good communication and helpful. I felt like I was treated well even with small job on old vehicle. This is third time I have gone here and always treated well and work was completed quickly and well.

Great customer service! I just needed someone to replace my side-view mirror from the driver side. I had called another place to get a quote & 1) I would have to wait a week until I could get an estimate, 2) they couldn't guarantee that my mirror would work. I called CollisionDoc and I was able to get a quote that same day & repairs could have been same day too but I was in a rush so I had to go in a different day. Also, I paid exactly what I was quoted. Shoutout to the front desk staff! Super friendly and professional.

Gus and his team are amazing through and through. When I was researching a collision center nearby that had good reviews, I found Collision Doc. As soon as I called them and asked if I could bring my smashed car via tow truck from Little Italy, they helped me navigate the entire process. My SUV was parked in and was hit by a drunk driver, who in turn drove off without leaving a note, etc. Knocked the wheel off the control axel the impact was so powerful. Anyways, the reason I am leaving this review is not only their great work, but Gus, showed me a level of empathy I have never experienced in this industry before. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and overall the best human. It was also the same experience with every other employee there. Thank you, Gus and Collision Doc fam. You guys are the best in SD.

Great customer service - very helpful and friendly.

I brought my volvo in to repair some rear quarter panel damage. It took about 3 weeks and when it was returned to me, it looked AMAZING! The staff was always professional and courteous. All promises were delivered upon!
