A bullet hole went through my bumper and came out the other side. I took the car to Fix it Auto and Bumper Doc. The difference in quality and customer service was like night and day. Fix it Auto had an individual that never worked on cars give me a rough estimate for doing a poor patch work job and told me to leave the keys in the office. Bumper Doc worked with the Manufacturer and Insurance company to replace the bumper and fix the damage to the sheet metal and inner panel. The level of quality was so different it was my opinion that Fix It works for the insurance company, not the customer. I am also happy to support this family business that is professional, expert in their field, friendly and concerned for the customer.

They've got my business for life. They do more than bumpers. Came in for an estimate for a large ding in the door. They were able to schedule "no paint repair" next day and massaged out the ding inside an hour. They're transparent and fair with services and pricing. Thank you Bumper Doc!
Honest enough to tell me the repairs I was looking for were not needed for what I wanted to do with the car. You can buy service, but you can't buy trust. They have mine. When I have need for a repair for a different car, I'm going straight back!
